now those of you that have done this, quite a bit of material has to be taken out, this then thins the bearing stop, so what do you do when this is nearly gone?

you stop ,an are fucking careful putting bearing in ,like mega hot cases an bearing slides in without being driven .if this dont give enough clearance you shim the cog outwards . then have to space the clutch cover up aswell or relieve it on inside .H

i can push the bearing in with my fingers and there is evidence that the bearing have been skidding, the lip is non existant ive now given up and an gonna buy a honda c90 the most reliable scooter on the world
