Hello everybody I'm just starting my M200 project and need some help too. I've never built quatrini smallframe, engine but I've done some largeframe M244 so pretty familiar with tuning engines. But still new in smallframe world. This is my desired setup. Base: 1968 Primavera Piaggio quartz front fork with bitubo shock Engine: Quatrini c2 case M200 cylinder widened intake and exhaust port M3 gtr exhaust Quatrini crankshaft 27/69 primary Keihin air striker 35 with vforce reeds Homemade intake manifold Now I have few questins. I was thinging of getting around 32-37hp with this setup. I based this on few dynos on GSF with similar setup. 1. What clutch should I go with, do I need frt bfa clutch or I can go with good old fabbri fb36 2. What clutch basket frt, fabri crimaz, egig. 3. I have pk50 internals so I'm gonna use standard gears and drt primary. Are orginal gears suitable for this setup. 4. Clutch cover is sip slutch cover enough for fb36 5. Does quatrini m3 gtr exhaust fit with Primavera toolbox or do I need to remove it. 6. I was thinking of lowering front fork bearing seat for 18mm. Like I've seen others. Now I think quartz fork is still a little bit higher than serial, if i put distance nut on rear shock will it be to high with 3.5 tyres. Do I need to cut the fork and lower it 2cm and fit shorter shock. Corently 210mm shock is on the fork. Sorry if I'm asking too much questions, And sorry for my bad English. I'm from Croatia and smallframe tuning scene is non existent here so I need to find help from you guys. Here are some photos
