My cases are back together but I can't move the crank with the con-rod, I can with a spanner on the flywheel nut though it's stiff. Any help appreciated.

Just given the crank a few taps from the fly side with a rubber mallet, it has improved it....

Well the oil seal was seated properly, I think I just need to centre the crank, a couple of taps with the rubber mallet definitely freed it up, but I was running out of daytime, so it'll have to wait until I can play again next week.

the rubber mallet seems to be the tool of choice
