Thanks mate,just didnt know if you`d found some `special` fittings or something. Do you run a pump or does the carb just suck the fuel through?

Theres nothing special mate just think things through and you 'll finally come up with the solution.... No pumps, carb sucks - have a larger 3mm needle valve in the carb....only run the top tank when the normal tank is empty-ish, the fuel lines are on a tee piece and if you run the top tank when the bottom tank is too full the top tank fills the bottom one back up.....

I once used holts underseal and found that petrol etc. from the road loosened it. i currently have some acryliceuethane in the engine bay and i`m realy pleased with it, it will set solid on the brush in parfin.
