I like that. Colours are great. What's needed doing with the ET wheel on the PK forks? Did you spray it yourself?

Hi Steve, very nice indeed. Best check out your shocker with SIP though, I think they had a recall on them due to some reliability issues (snapping!).

I like that. Colours are great. What's needed doing with the ET wheel on the PK forks? Did you spray it yourself? Yea all work done by me (me)....engine.... repsray.... etc To fit the ET front wheel is a little involved, depends on if you have the disc brake set up to start with or starting afresh - you need the wheel, hub and disc (and possible to use the caliper) from the ET you'll need the caliper carrier from the PX Disc or a Gimeca one - the spindle from the ET fork link will not fit in the PK link so yu have to modify a PX/PK spindle - from the threaded end it needs moving back 8mm - so everything that is where it is now machine it back 8mm then rethread the end for the nut - obviously its easier to do on a new spindle rather than knocking the old one out - as they never come out easily. If you still want a speedo cable you have to change the speedo drive in the hub to a PX disc type as the ET runs in a different direction... The caliper form the ET can be used if you turn it all upside down and re place the bleed nipple for the banjo.... i used the SIP caliper and had to grind a little off the back to stop it rubbing on the rim..... Thats about it..... Madmax wroteVery nice Steve. What did you use to fix the tank to the spine, rivnuts? Yes max.... Rivnuts Triffed wroteHi Steve, very nice indeed. Yea i know about the recall but this is not one of those affected.... thanks for the concern

fantastic Steve really dig how the orange pops with the metallic green + black you don't need to access the standard tank? seat looks hard to lift… is it filled from the 90SS style petrol tank have those grips from LTH for our primmies in grey & black all your beauty "needs" (not essential but would look the dog proverbial) is that new Crimaz rear disc that uses the same ET4 tubeless wheels link: www.crimaz.it/kit-freno-disco-posteriore-per-vespa-smallframe/

Gorgeous scooter. Colour really suites it. Far better than all these `rat` scooters that keep popping up. How do you go about getting the seat open? Rear hinge?

seat lifts - its just on pins at the front and normal catch at the back - so i have two tanks.... about 12 litres of go juice...
Like the rear disc set up - not seen that before. hows the caliper fit to the engine?

Hi.... i'll take a pic and post but the theory is very simple - instead of bolting the front hinge of the seat down i use two long engine studs and cut the flats off so they are about 1 1/2 long, screwed the studs into the frame (hinge holes) then i just hook the front hinge over the studs and it slides down and the rear catch holds it all in place.

Nice job mate..... large frame mudguard sits nice on the fork and wheel combo... and the centre tank logo is a nice touch... Thanks... the Sportique mudguard seems to be the only one ive found that sits on the PK fork nicely and without any mods, and it doesn't look too out of place... i did it about 10 years ago to my sportique... i mean i fitted PK forks into the sportique and found the mudguard fitted.... so note to self - next time i do this conversion remember combination - we did try ET forks in this (green one) 1st but never happy with mudguards so went down the PK fork ET wheel route. The sticker was the owners idea - everything else was my work - LOL
