seems that kit comes with a blankin plate for inlet aswell ,only 2 stud 1 tho , no need for you tho as its welded ,£348 seems cheap for that much kit , reckon its going to put ya crank outside its comfort zone , maybe , H

Yes, think that gives some bang for the bucks...
At least that what I was adviced to buy here in this forum.
But how critical is it with the crank? -totally no go with 19mm?
I've got no experience with smallies, as I'm mostly a LF guy...

The fact that Piaggio saw fit to equipe a standard ETS with a 24/25mm tapered crank pushing out a whopping 6 BHP or so sort of tells its own story.

Problem is when I start to replace the crank, I need no igniton as well, and the cost accelerate... What could be the consequence of running this setup with 19mm crank?

at the worst ,twisted crank an the damage that can cause ,mostly to the ignition you'd replace with a new crank, at best ,a nagging feeling at the back of ya mind not to give "it the beans" as much as you'd like too , if it was me i'd run it as is an just be prepared for another build in the future ,more shed time makes henri a happy boy ,just save up ya pennys an enjoy what ya got , H

I don't mind spending time in my shed, my happy place... So I'll give it a try with the 19 crank and see how/if it lasts... Next issue/question; Im' going to swap the old clutch with a complete PKXL2 clutch to better cope with the increased power... Any tips of installation of this now as the engine is splitted, as I've heard that there might be some issues fitting such clutch in a V-range engine?
