these are the settings i have ended up with on an Autisa / Kh400 with a mild tune and a 28mm Amal
the jetting would be very similar on any other 125/135 with a 26-28mm amal
50 choke jet 2.5 air jet 35 pilot 3&1/2 slide 107 atomiser 2B1 needle (2nd notch from top) 250-280 mainjet
this scoot has a franz pipe with a fairly high compression, but i have used very similar settings on other scoots in the past
at 28mm it`s a nice little carb, if buying one look for a left hand one

a small problem with putting the carb inside the frame is access to the adjusting screws my solution was to solder a small piece of brass bar to the end of the adjusting screws. and in the carb this is the 34mm i`ll be using on my next setup simple stuff but it helps a little

the way i did it was to hold the bar upright in a vice, flux flux the bar, tin it then flux the screw. holding the screw in a pair of pliers i then heated the bar and placed the screw into the puddle of solder, it took a couple of goes to get the screws sitting straight. it just seemed easier than making new screws from scratch.
