I've removed 90% off the dents looks much better,got mudguard to do then leave it as she it..going to get it checked out by john on his jig. Can't wait to see people face when I roll up with this shire next year

Yes watching this one with great interest. Good job there will be no small children or dogs on the sprint track, they'd go straight down the carb. Got it over size of rad. 38hp+ will generate some heat.

what are you going to use for a flywheel/fan as i hope to go internal rotor aswell.

Their are numerous solutions Steve.
Falc, ASP, GP-one and others make CNC Fans for the pvl rotor
Crimaz makes an adaptor for a vespatronic fan too

Well was good while it lasted,strip down it again grrrr. Water leaking into cylinder through the cylinder studs then into exhaust. sounded nice tho video

its started to leak water into the cylinder and exhaust george, found out when i started to strip it last night. Gutted

gutted , thats a understated reaction , was lookin very promising aswell , hope its not a cracked casting but something simples ,misplaced o-ring,weepy stud etc , was lookin forward to seeing this one fly down the strip.if not in person on youtube or similar , H
