:(ok i bought some pk forks with disc set up on for my ts project now i thought all pk 125 forks was the only ones to fit a disc set up onto? i ask this as the pk forks i got are nearly 3 cms shorter than the ts and px forks from bottom race to top of fork the leg of the fork is actually shorter that the px so my question is what pk forks are they when these are fitted i can only get the top bearing on and only one locking washer

I'm not aware that there is a difference between PK125 and other PK forks in height?
Makes sense that they are shorter than PX forks, but I'm not sure how PK forks should fit a vintage largeframe.
Where does the pinchbolt cut out line up to?

Ive done the same to my sportique fitted PK forks to it with a disc, the PK fork stem needs a piece welding in to make them longer. I can take a pic of mine as there out of the frame at the moment if it helps, but on mine i had to put a shim under the bottom race as well as the mudguard was rubbning on the horn cover. Also the pinch bolt on the sportiqu is across the front not on the side like the TS.
There were a difference in the PK50 forks and the others, the PK50 were like the V90/100 type.
Do you want me to post a pic of the modified forks.
How are you gonna do the master cylinder??? SIP do a nice little bracket that fits on the threads under the headset of the rally style headsets, you will still need to grind off the old brake lever housing. different on the sportique as you can modify the handle bar housing.
