1). any tips on getting out buggered up hub/wheel studs (the ones you hammer to get to stay in).. i'm thinking about grinding a couple of flats onto it then get the mole grips on it?? its a hub i got off ebay and one stud is screwed to far in and the tread is knackered on it... the f*cker wont budge...
2). i got hold of a pk fork and an almost complete grimerca disc kit. came with a bare stub axle. the disc kit had all its nuts and bolts missing. is there supposed to be an o ring behind the caliper carrier? and is there supposed to be a circlip that goes on the stub axle to hold the carrier bit on? does anyone know where i might find an exploded diagram or some instructions from grimerca...
many thanks in advance, o

hi ozzy. 1. Drill into the splayed end a bit to remove 'splay' and then twist it out with your method or moleys.. use heat on hub if its really tight.
2. The carrier bit should have large Oring and an inner seal,I've got a shim at this end too on mine. The carrier goes on and a washer with a flat surface on the inner circle (locates on flat bit on shaft) goes on then a circlip. I would guess (cant remember that the carrier must have a seal on this end.
hope that helps and i've got it right!
