Whats the normal play on a new ETS crank with the split bearings? I can feel a "click" when moving up and down the end that goes to the flywheel. Is this normal on this type of bearing? I know that its not on the one piece bearing Cheers!

It's been a long time since I worked with one but it doesn't sound right to me.

if its not excessive play it should be ok, there is bound to be some movement up and down on the flywheel, but dunno what you mean by clicking, when ive had the fly side bearing wear too much it just got to a certain rpm and seemed to lose power thru vibration, and on a lammy ive shat them big style and had about 3mm of play and an awfull sqeeling noise, but it got me to yarmouth and back, what does it run like ?

There are vibrations, but I think its because of the soon to be replaced shitty HP4 flywheel. And it goes like F*CK like all Falcs
