that looks like the seller is dunky baker. i raced against him in 1990 in grp1. those pipes are rare! its a shame it got copied over the years as it would be one of maybe 6 I know about

my red 90ss in my avatar... erm... i doubt it mate.. if ever i do another rally i would take the et3 I would think. Right another one. Dave Taylor... I didnt know this fella but he raced a 90ss after i packed up.. so thats 8 now... but.... this may of been Dunky's bike repainted..

well... yes... but pipes mate are a part of a complete package IF designed right. In fact you design a pipe for a barrel with its spec as is... any change on spec of the barrel requires a new pipe-well this is how I have been taught recently and have learnt over the years.
So... your pipe may not work with your motor until you at least have a proportion of the 'working factors' in place. I would guess these pipes are designed around 190 degrees of ex timing with at least 30 degrees blow down. Seeing as the et3 barrel was the iron barrel in grp2 in 1986 or so the safe width would be around 70% max. In fact I ran 68 back then. So from that you can get an area.
