i know this has been covered somewhere else, but i couldnt find it. my fabrizi 152 race bike is slipping the clutch after only two race days. i thought i had solved it, but its just coming back after only a few hours running. im running a pk clutch with worb strengthened springs,as well as smaller springs within them and 4 plates. so its quite heavy, and it was working at the start. im not keen to replace the plates after every race day.
which ones look the best?
cheers paul

Hi Paul this is the million dollar question?!!? I'm currently doing an 8 spring version of the XL 6 spring jobby.....complete with 4 ally plates and keeping my fingers crossed! Tony has recieved the Falc clutch which looks bob on but quite pricey... Whoever comes up with a solution will be a popular fella I reckon ;D There are one or two other bits in 'development' which will come to light soon......

fitted the falc clutch the other day.. it really needs to be built in bike rather than attempting to slot it in... however..i stripped it just to have a look see... and its... 'art in friction'!! ;D

Where can you get the Zadra clutch plates. Me and a couple friends are considering having Barnett make us some carbon fiber plates instead of corks. I'd like to try the Zadra if they will save us the time and money.

I still think the Super clutch is the best clutch my customers love em
There is now a green clutch plate out to complement the super clutch

Ive just bought a couple of xl2 clutches off evilpay and I wouldnt mind some uprated plates and springs to put in em.
I also got the gsf kit and wouldnt mind some advice on how to fit it, the only instructions I can find are in german, the pics seem to explain most of what is necessary but im sure there is some info that the pics dont quite cover.

The Quattrini (super/hyper) clutch seems to work great, I'm using the hardest spring in the kit. Don't know how it would be with a normal cable tho, pretty hard I think. The adjusting screw can only be used to take up the play in the clutch arm, any more than that it just compresses the outer (the beefy Hebo outer)
