never seen that before but it looks a bit like the stuff that plumbers use to freeze water in pipes so they can work on them without turning the water off.
mind you, i just put bearings into the freezer first.

It's more for shrinking things like cranks, forks etc, stuff that would be a struggle to put in the freezer etc, and a lot quicker!

Cool stuff - i regularly use it it if no time to wait til cranks are frozen or freezer full with ready made junk food.
Avoid spraying too much on your fingers ---> Polar experience ;D

Got a 400ml can from Maplin for £8.
See how it performs, 1st job lower steering bearing race onto fork.

you can buy a can of "air" for cleaning computers and such at a computer store. Cost is like $5. Turn it upside down and blast away. It will freeze the nuts off what ever you spray on. Havent thought of using it for bearing before  |
