sorry no photos my son has broken my camera measured port timeings today
25atdc inlet starts to close 58atdc inlet closed 88atdc exhaust opens 110atdc transfers open bdc 122btdc inlet opens 115btdc transfers closed 92btdc exhaust closed can anyone of u wizzkids run this through a program and advise me on likley performance or changes needed ? thanks in advance barney

Cant do maths with that chick on the left www.scooterrace.net/2t-tools/steuerzeit/TO use a progi one would need more parameters of your setup - some ofthem not known! cheers 4 that marcus what i need out of scoot is a motor that will pull 120 kg [me+kit] 4 rallys mostley motorway work at arround 7000 rpm thiswould allow me 2 keep up with most and still leave some over-rev 2 play with ;D would prefer tourquy motor

Ex opening and closing points should be symmetrical either side of tdc and so should the transfers. Port duration is an easier figure to visualise.. For instance 170 ex and 120 trans will give you a much clearer idea of what the motor will run like as long as port shape.size,radius and direction are ok too.

thanx 4 reply tony engine is together now but checking old spec sheet i think timmings are 180 exhaust 140 transfers 180 inlet inlet opens122btdc transfers open110 atdc exhaust opens90atdc if it stops raining today i will try 2 fire it up ;D

IT STARTS 5TH KICK ;D ;D ;D tickover fine clutch may need adjust lights very dim[shorting out?] but its running ;D ;D
