A lot of tube that turns up cheap is galv too which you don't really want to be heating up in an enclosed space.

Couple of things to bear in mind...
Wood burns best with an airflow from above so if you put any regulators in put them above the door. (if you were burning coal that needs an airflow from below)
Probably connected to this - wood burns best on a bed of ash, the large holes at the back may be too big and let too much ash fall through the smaller mesh at the front is spot on though (if you have any more of that)
Also might be worth putting a seal around the doors, cracking the door on my stove in the living room makes the fire roar, wheras opening it fully is almost as steady as when the door is shut. Might mean you go through wood quicker than necessary (and also might lead to the gas bottle overheating).
Done a cracking job though, if you find a chesp source of flue material - let me know
Jim

I meant for you not me shags ;D
Done a cracking job if you've done it with an arc welder. Be very easy to end up with a big hole where the stove should be and a pile of melted metal on the floor in front of you!

The one on the right pretty much is a daily driver and has seen Rallys all over europe. With a subframe and a P2 engine fitted though.
