Welcome to the forum. The scoot looks nice. Any chance you can post some bigger pics pls? Some of us are quite old and our eye sight is not what it used to be. ;D

hi max.
as you said malossi flipped barrel + packing plate 2mm,pm super race large cone crank welded at crankpin!25mm delorto phbl, reed block to crankcase,hp4 flywheel,et3 gears and polini plates and srings,Add on V ignition timing module suposed to be as having vespatronic fitted but ive never had one so cant realy say .it can be set to 30 degrees btdc advance and then progressivly retards to 16 degrees at 11.000rpm so they say! i have it running from a seperate small battery in the toolbox.it does seem to work, the bottom end and mid range are ace!but i have been used to a lammy.no idea what the pipe is but i like it.fook it seems quick, freshly polished seat and giddy test rider "near disaster" but had our kid pissing himself.

That's well crispy mate In the tradition of picking one fault in someone elses ride i'd maybe change the boxy et3 rear light for an old style primmy/v-range one ;D ;D

Your scoot is the bees knees - I like every bit of it.
ahem...I correct myself - the Malossi is wrong, of course. ;D
NB: Your nylock rim nuts don't work they way they are fitted. The bolt thread should protrude by at least 2 turns. Loctite them,
