Yowser, sexy stuff. Hope that bridged exhaust port doesn't cause any problems, from all accounts it's been the major flaw in the larger RB kit...
Any more info max, what reed, price etc...?

Most bridged port kits do wear on the piston.. its just a matter of changing pistons every so often. The Rb is awful. The subs are in the wrong place and the bridges are not only too thin but they have a cast mark through them. If you actually look at the area on an rb its very poor as the subs narrow down inside. Been better with an oval on that kit. That Polini looks like a rip of of the falc to me..only difference is two boosts. Still least its another new product for the smallie eh!

I don't think there's any danger of that bridge falling out Ben, it's very substantial. I can see that being a very restricting point up until it gets narrowed down, weakens and drops out like a RB or those old big bore lardy 200 kits VE used to do.
Mate of mine ran one of those with very little improvement over a standard 200, bridge dropped out and destroyed the bottom end.

Its all about the area/blow down mate. The rb is not well designed.. if anyone has one then examine it closely and look at the blow down area. The bridged ports work well if correctly designed.. ol lauro falc uses them. But more importantly most race two strokes do too.

I was about to say does the Falc suffer any similar problems with the exhaust port, but knowing of Lauro- I guess not

I doubt it'll be any cheaper than a Parmakit Eean but here's hoping. Hopefully they'll work well and give decent power, I'd love to see Polini get involved in the 150m sprints next season and Max showed us what I presume is their test-bed a while back.
Still got the pics Max? I forget where you put them.

happy happy times for smallframe owners with cash to spend.. ;D always nice to see new products on the market.... i like to read peoples takes on new stuff and how it may fair...!!! have any of you reading this owned and never seized a polini kit. ;D ;D ;D is it me or does the ally polini kit look a little thin on fins on the the lower 3rd of the barrel.... ? getting back to the Lammy RB kit, if A.F RAYSPEED`S Ray Kemp hadnt been wearing his beloved Arsenal football shirt at the Milan scooter and motorcycle show, the lammy brigade may well still be worshiping the TS1 kit..... but then thats a different story for another day.....

Eh? I thought the RB kit was made in Spain, the TS1 kit was made by the same Italian firm which also produced the T5 barrel ( can't think of the name of either company at the mo)
