Its a PK S with filled indicators, so would not need indicators for MOT if 83/84/85 registered. 86 is the cut off date i believe.

any two wheeled vehicle first registered from 1986 onwards must be fitted with working indicators to pass the current M.O.T Unless your going for a daytime only test that is...
