OK, went yesterday and had a really good day. tony was 3rd in race 1 and didn't run in race 2, not sure why as didn't get chance to go and speak with him.
Didn'y get any pics as I forgot my camera, got a couple of video clips I may put up on you tube but they aren't all that good as they were done on my phone..
hope the guy who came off on the gooseneck is ok too, didn't sound as though it was too nice...
Nice to meet daz and the owl though even though it was only briefly.

Its a 1966 90ss 152cc Falc, Falc clutch, Falc crank,Drt close box, built by Performance tuning 31 bhp, peak power around 10800rpm revs on to 11200 varitronic ign/ dellorto power jet carb/hand built one off pipe RS24 shockers front and rear, Scooter and service preload adjuster on front / PK forks /malossi wave disc, Dunlop TT92 350.10 rear , TT92 90/90/10 front. Paint by P A Merchant at soley scooters Rochdale. Will be in the Bridlington custom show hopefully with some other race scooters. cheers john

rubbish mr woods. Its just I been racing that bike for years. I dont think I get any where near what its capable of tbh. Must try harder next year. You are doing very well mate. Getting quicker every time you ride it. Its an eye opener with a SS with that much power isnt it? . I read on scooterotica that actually our bikes have a similar power to weight ratio as an Rgv 250 in a wheelbase that must me a lot shorter. So it takes a bit to get to grips with. Keep going John
