Would you say you were an average Fin in terms of nuttyness? If so it sure looks like a fun place. ;D I´d say that I would be ranked as an idiot, but Finns generally appreciate high revs and dirt flying. This is the happening I´m taking the smallie to. A lovely gathering of fellow nutters.

Was dirt tracking on Saturday. Loads of fun and overall super event. Didnt win but wasnt slowest either. Next year I need more power, maybe shorter primaries and higher seat.

What are the guys talking about in the end? Are they showing respect by offering you their wifes and daughters for you to use them as you please? I think they should have.
After I lost my first virtual life by deleting my account in a fit of stupidity I reregisterd and pretented to be Finish. I'm not sure I'd be able to life up to this standard though. Well done.

What're you racing against there Nic? Looks and sounds a litle like old Armstrong thumpers so that's no disgrace at all.
I've also added a note that I wish to be Finnish in my next life.

Thanks guys, nice that its liked. At first it was the small kids who where interested in the cute scooter. After the first heat it was all thumbs up and taps on the shoulder. Many questions about the engine. Almost all thought it was an mx engine I had in there. The surprise was big when I told them its the "original" engine.
There was anything from Jap engined homebuilt frames to Harleys from the street. Heres another one to give a more overall image of the happening

Is that your Quattrini?

No, polini. Next year I need the m1l. It's still in bits as I'm looking for a tool to raise the aux ex ports. Maybe I'll end up sending it your way for a tweak. I also need to practice going sideways, with the extra power from the quattrini that should be easier as well. I mean, I wasn't that much slower than the bikes. I think it's very possible to get in their speed.

A proper man's cylinder made of iron. Continue working on yours, you've done a great job so far already.

Just been to Italy for a family holiday/article hunt for Scootering and would you believe that almost everything I came back with was smallframe related. I'm sure you guys will be well upset Here's a little taste. Turn the volume up! They'll probably be running the articles a little at a time over the winter.

If you heard the original story of the crazy frog then it's no surprise. The version I heard was that the recording was a member of one of the 1960s Grand Prix race teams taking the piss out of the noise made by the MZ race bikes. I bet they were laughing on the other side of their faces by the 70s when the four-strokes had all but gone. They woke us up to that recording (before the Crazy Frog ever existed) in the paddock of a 24hr race I did in East Germany with Scooter Attack. At times like that you think, 'come back Tony Blackburn, all is forgiven!' JUST CHECK AND APPARENTLY THAT STORY IS BOLLOCKS: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4210407.stm

Especially if the owner/rider kept his snazzy slips-ons on.. ;D some of the EURO stuff looks and sounds nuts, cool as... ive said this before but i cant believe those serpentine belts dont jump off at very high RPM.... Quality video mate.
