Looks good Stewart. I like the way you fitted the muddy. ;D ;D thought the fibreglass ss one was the way to go on pk125 forks? how do you fit a normal v series front mudguard?

quick fix is two m8 nuts between the bracket and the muddy just while I think of how to make a plate/spacer the black speckles are I think what is called a flattening coat you rub all that back off and the primer should be perfectly flat... I hope lol

Tried and tried to fit av range mudguard but it just wouldn't fit right. After I done the ss one, I discovered how to do it! Where the mudguard sit on the forks, you need to put a spacer thick enough so it will clear the shock. Hope this help. ;D

Looking good Stew- might be following your example and fitting a old style mudguard on my PK, mainly for the reason I've already got one

hi all, new to the scene and got a project on the go in the form of a PK50s with 125 engine, comng together very fast indeed, anyhow, i`ve noticed that on a few scoot`s the side panel has been cut away and the carb is pushing out, i really didnt want to sound dumb but if u dont no u must ask, so why is that so? I have been told that if the barrel is turned upside down there are a load more horses to be had, is this anything to do with the above? I been reading loads of posts on the forum but stil more to read and learn, thx for reading . Theo, cardiff. i will register for sure.
