Hi everyone, below are some pictures of my Mrs's PK50S, we think it is anyway, shows 1985 on V5. It has a malossi kit on it,measures about 57mm is it a 110cc? But has 16/10 carb? Our window man put us on to this, it has been in a back garden coverd up since 2002,(nosy people they must be) I think its lasted quite well considering our weather. Lad said it was stuck in gear, but it was the back brake stuck on.Cleaned out tank stripped carb, new petrol and it started, all lights work aswell, I was quite amazed. On 2 of the pics you can see some one cut a hole above left indicator and stuck the horn in there!? Where should the horn go? Theres no leggy toolbox, would like to know if it will cover the horn on the inside whe i get one ,so if someone could measure say, how far below the ignition switch the toolbox is that will help me decide whether horn stays where it is or not Also a piece has been cut from inside the frame to fit the exhaust i presume, what exhaust is it? (pic a bit blurry must av ad a tin or 2 ;D) I had a quick spin up the road, i love it, its light, revvy and a right laugh, its slowly becoming mine, will have to get Mrs another one. 2 pics of my 1963 Lammy aswell If anyone can help with legshield toolbox or forks and bits so i can put a disc on it plz let uz know. Cheers,Daz

Hi mate, the kit is probably the malossi 112. It will work better with a 19/19 carb tbh. The horn cover is the wrong one for that model, that is way the horn has been fitted in the legshield (it goes inside the horncover, hence the name), this one is better. The exhaust is either a polini or a leovince, can't quite see it clearly (picture's a bit blurry). The forks are the old type. As I mentioned in the other thread, to fit disc, you'll need this ones. Good luck with the project. ;D Oh, nice job on the l...y (we don't mention them on here). ;D
