It says it's from 2009 so would that be a Pro cup 1? Also won't he need an exhaust and bigger carb? And crank?

Bigger carb and exhaust are all fine - am assuming similar to an M1

the original pro-cup was a exact copy of the M1 ,when quatt went mk2 the factory carried on producing the mk1 as pro-cups pretty much .the pistons still were marked "quattrini" even .but both quatt an pro-cups are on mk3 now an differ subtly ,but same carb n exhausts work for them.ive been sticking with 24mm phbl's on the pro-cups ive built .a ets 20mm carb will work for them but there revvy kits so a better exhaust would be advised ,but then its cut the chassis or go with the polini snail an not cut .H

yes ,ive had 2 from spain since the brexit clusterfuck . under the £135 vat limit so what i paid is what came to my door .but since the 1st of july i'm told that limits only for private individuals .rest pay 20% govermment "butt rape coz were cnnnuttts tax" .H

Have just ordered one of these, £129 inc postage, will see if i get stung for customs duties. Says delivery around xmas so hopefully santa will be kind. Gonna grab one of the ETS cranks from stoffis. Good basis to give my primmy a bit more get up and go...

What carb and inlet u putting with that?
What port timings u recommend for that lot?

yes a stoffis , only took a week to come from "dusty" . its getting a VMC reed inlet an a phbl 24mm , well a YSN dell clone carb body with genuine dell jets/needles/etc . port timings ,well exhaust timings is decided by exhaust being used ,which i havent decided yet .H
