Started long overdue TLC to my Wife's Smallframe. First ever project and it's been a steep learning curve. Info on these forums has been a godsend, so thanks all. Will post pics of progress shortly.

Progress so far: Apart from a hole in the rear right panel, the scooter is sound - it was being ridden by my wife on IOW (see 30 seconds in) back in 2007 ( see here) but has been left in the garage since a move to Australia the following year. [/a]
I am now at the stage where I am waiting for a new Carb, as the 16mm Dellorto one is buggered - the arm which holds the throttle linkage snapped and, after a pretty ropy attempt at repairing it, it failed again. Perhaps a good excuse to upgrade to a 19mm Malossi. Current issues are fitting the throttle and gear cables into the annoying little metal plate in the headset, the throttle sticking a little (probs from paint) and lack of patience as I wait for the Carb. The whole process so far can be seen on insta here but I'll continue to post on here too. Any suggestions/advice/comments welcomed. Thanks Tony

So I'm upgrading to a Malossi 19mm Carb. It comes jetted for 125 but I'm keeping the engine standard (for now).
Any advice on Jets?

Very interesting post. Looks like you've done a great job so far!
I'm just beginning to attempt restoring a 1964 Vespa 90 myself, but at this point I know very little about the mechanical details, and have found it quite difficult and confusing to find information about this model, as far as dismantling and rebuilding the engine etc.
