Been searching through some threads but my eyes are bugging out.
I got the 19.19 to idle with my Polini 130cc, leo vance exhaust. I had to run a 50 idle jet and an 88 main jet, the 90 seemed to bog a bit. I did take the 100 off and I'm hoping there isn't an air leak but thats what I'm leaning to.
But it wants to die when I put it into gear. I'm unsure of the primaries as I bought it that way.
Thoughts?

Someone also suggested the clutch is dragging. It's not a new clutch, so I'll adjust the cable a bit tighter. The clutch lever doesn't fully go home in the headset either.
I hate air leaks.
Also, not a, banana. Left side let Vince.

Ah, I always thought the banana ones are the long ones, tiny port at the bottom.
Well, if I tightened the clutch cable bit noticed there is still some slack at the lever. Doesn't fully go home.

The clutch lever should go fully back to the rest position. From there it should move 1 to 2 mm before you feel the extra pressure of disengaging the clutch.

That has been adjusted. It now sits home properly. Jus not too tight either now.
I'll have to grab some starter fluid and see if it's pulling any of that in at the carb.

So to seal this problem up, I put the piston in backwards.
I remember cleaning off the top of it to find the arrow, knowing it goes on to face the exhaust, but either simply screwed up or somehow thought the port on the piston should face the exhaust when it was a transfer port.
Thanks to all that helped. Now to find a way to better route the front brake line so my speedo fits in.
Cheers.
