Just curious H, If the leg shields are fibre glass are you doing anything to strengthen the frame? Or do you think it will not suffer from frame flex with the slightly more powerful engine?

looks neat for fiberglass a guy called richard galloway makes em , he's a painter in barnsley ,i lent him a frame to mould off . there moulded from a sip repair panel so there pretty accurate . he also does the horncasts ,pk fork in v range muddys ,et4/lx fork in v range muddys , old style horncasts for pk's . 50 special headlight surrounds ,100 sport battery doors ,race seats ,spanish gloveboxes ,an full slip over rear ends for space frames . aswell as a load of lame-bed-wetter stuff too ,its good thick glass an reasonable prices too ,especially to me .as i lent him stuff to mould ,if one comes out the mould wrong an couldnt be sold he'll offer it to me cheap .H

Hey, H you should let him know he could make a small fortune off those 100 sport battery doors in the states. 40-50 dollars plus shipping and i doubt he could make them fast enough!

took advantage of the 1st warm day an got 4 out of the 6 floor runners rubbers in , then got bored of that job . so made a 12 volt dc loom an run that an cables through the frame . IMG-20210226-00669 by henri briggs, on Flickr . trial fitted forks an mudguard to check for clearances ,going to need some alteration so shock bulge doesnt hit frame on full left lock . IMG-20210226-00670 by henri briggs, on Flickr . an fettled n fitted the horncast ,an checked my "running" lights .H

due to fitment issues ,as in zero access to spark plug unless dropping the engine at rear shock mount .or cutting more bubble off or drilling a large hole above plug position ,both things i'm reluctant to do .this projects taken a turn in another direction ,out with t5 barrel engine an in with this .
