best all around engine rebuild resource

OK so is there a rebuild manual with all the goodies in it for small frame spec 50 rebuild?
I want it to be in book form to have out in the garage and as detailed as possible.
I have been a honda guy for years, but have enough $$ in parts that i want to take my time and make sure this guy is going together perfect every step of the way.
Granted there will be a bunch of things upgraded along the way (ok, basically everything), but i have a lot of hesitation in rebuilding things like the trans and replacing all the bearings without having the exact tolerances, instructions, bearing sizes and part #'s.
I am a big fan of haynes manuals, but have heard the small frame specific one kind of blows.

its ok but has no tolerances or bearing sizes
