well it seems like I`m getting a slight cold
its the wuhan flu as it is not affecting my chest, I don't have a fever, and no head ache just the snotty nose.
so I`m not worried.
however if I`m wrong a Viking funeral would be fine.
just put me in my car, set fire to it if somebody has a stock pile of burgers they can organise a BBQ
before letting my car drift majestically along the mersey

What a pile of shite this scaremongering is.
Not a toilet roll, bar of soap, loaf of bread or bag of dried pasta to be seen anywhere in a 20 mile radius of me in a supermarket.
Fuck only knows what it'd be like if there was a chance of feeling shit for a couple of days with a tickly cough.

Well, i can confirm (factually) its not a problem to an average healthy person, whilst i realise its bad for some more vulnerable members of the society (no more than other seasonal illnesses) the press are making this blow all out of proportion! I was sent home on Thursday night with a temperature and aching muscles, I've been at home ever since and a couple paracetamol and a good sleep and I'm now feeling fine, I'm staying at home as advise until next week but feel fine, no worse than a winter cold! To add, i have worked in China and Asia for over 20 years, and what the press are not saying is most of China is back to normal already, all my factories and contacts are saying 90% back to work and all running as near normal, but hey that doesn't sell newspapers and loo roll!

well it was just a cold as I suspected
this stock piling thing is stupid who the hell bought all the eggs. apparently amazon are now taking on extra staff to deliver all the bread making machines for the idiots who bought all the flour without knowing how to make a loaf.
the world is full of fools
could anyone try and start a scare store about a shortage of salt?

glad it was just a "snotter" TZ an your recovered , an not full on chinese-man-flu , we men have been trying to explain its existence for years ,an now they believe us . there are benefits tho to this scare . after a Armageddon party ,hung over jetting a mates gp200 on a country road covered in horseshit i decided to go for a lunchtime reward pint .an got that often desired ,but usually denied holy grail , a "quiet pint" , no jostling by pushy/whiney students ,no idiot telling me his lifes woes .an even the local rep from the international union of numptys ,theres 1 in every pub ,decided not to tell me how "i'd done it wrong an should of asked him 1st ,as he knows everything" . bliss . all it took was to be white/pastey , bit sweaty n shakey from hangover ,smell vaguely of shit, an have a smokers cough from too many drunk fags .no bugger came within 6 foot of me , might try it again nxt sunday . I have emphysema so am always short of breath, I also have bronchiectasis, which means I have a near constant cough.
these days I can always find a space in a pub, and everybody tells me " you should get that seen too "
swings and roundabouts.

well it was just a cold as I suspected Glad to hear that Steve. I hear that people who fall in to vulnerable groups might be getting food parcels delivered?
