Hi, I haven't been on here for a couple of years since I set up my own business, scoots been at the back of the workshop and hasn't moved for 4 years. I now have a bit more free time so I decided to re build my Polini Evo with a few upgrades. Can anyone tell me where to get a conversion rubber to put a Keihin PJ34 on the Polini Evo direct 30mm manifold please?

Hi, the stepped carb rubbers are common on Lambrettas, there is one listed on EBay but MB Scooters, Torbay Lambretta etc in the UK all stock, there is the usual list of SIP and SCK cheers

Thanks for the replies but I found one on the Allens Performance Ltd web site. SR30K 35-40 rubber with clips for £12 + £2.6 post and it was delivered next day. They do lots of cab spares and jets as well.

See you're sorted but if it helps anyone I remember SCK's project using the Polini Evo and modern auto rims etc they bought in a Falc reed manifold to use a larger carb. Whether that was a straight fit or not I can't remember but I'm sure it'll be on their blog if you care to look it up. Likely around 5/6 years ago now.

Thanks , I noticed on the SIP site it says that the Falc manifold will fit the Polini cylinder. The Polini manifold is 32mm ID so I didn't have to open it up too far and I also modified it a bit where it transitions into the reed valve similar to the Falc one and saved myself £100.
