Heres a few of the V90 flowered i'm doing for a customer. He tells me its for his wife..... its having a malossi motor 28mm carb simonini D&F. i think hes telling a porky...... I'll post more as and when.... i need to have it finished for xmas as its supposed to be a pressie

The forks are in and engine, just a few more days and hopefully it'll be done.... then i got to get it running....... all before xmas...

very very nice, IMO finishing a scooter properly with all the right bits n' bobs makes the difference between a tidy scooter and a very nice scooter- well done chap

I cut the top shocker plate edges down and ground a bit of the mudguard where it slips over the forks, i just filed it until the holes in the forks and the mudguard lined up, it throws it off centre by about 5mm but at least it fits, i aslo made up a small bracket to fix the side screw - a plate about 50mm in length drill one end to take the mudguard hole then line up with the fork bracket and drill to suit,, also used a spacer to force it away from the fork by about 5mm.
Hopefuly finished tomorrow will post some more pics up.
Sorry but i'm really bad at taking photos of what i do always forget to take the camera up my workshop.

Shes a goer..... got it finished this morning just seat to go on and a road test, started 2nd kick - i guessed 3 but 2's not bad.
will post some finished pics tomorrow.
Now on to the next one......... Maybe a bit more on my PK project... somehow i doubt it.
