heres my new project, bought as just a frame off ebay, it will have lammy forks and sx drop bars, malossi reed engine but anyway, heres some pics and ill update this thread when it progresses heres the frame, its fairly straigjt but needs a new floor, under seat and engine compartment brush painted hammerite black heres the seat i manged to pick up cheap from the scooter shop today and also a new head cowling i started putting the engine together today after slowly porting and polishing the cases over he past few weeks not sure if the third port was always there or has been added in the past sometime? enlet matched to an enlarged reed manifold (advised by readspeed) polini up-gear kit (cheers ash ) started assembly bit more underside had to be modified a bit to get the larger circular pk type cable connector wheel to fit flyside started to be cleaned up, might polish later bit of a flyside modification so i can stick the reed manifold out the side and the pipe im using (cheers again ash) and the sx drops only a few bits left engine wise, clutch side oil seal 24mm worb 5 full circ crank conversion bearing malossi kit stator i have a pwk 28mm flatslide carb to go on and a hp4 flywheel still got quite a few bits for the frame to get but its coming along at a good pace, im thinking for the frame the focus st blue and satin black parts? ill update soon ;D

good work fella but will your SX drops clear the top of your legshields ok? I've known people who have bought GP/SX drops and have had problems with them on Lammies

well, engine is nearly built, just gotta put top end on which wil be in the next couple of weeks, been collecting bits and bobs and have just started frame mods, so far steerer tube shortened and welded, headset modified slightly and top od legshields lowered by around 15mm and slightly re-shaped to allow bars to turn, grips are 5 inch lower than standard smallframe and still lots work to do to leggshields ;D horncast bottom has been temporarily removed but will be welded back on but reshaped with a lambretta gp mudguard, all welded so no seams as i couldnt get a vespa mudguard to work bellypan just resting in rough position let me know what you think so far pics in order still gotta weld legshield glovebox on aswell as de seam it and cut carb hole and fit new floor, more updates soon, looks street racer stylee

Hey Luke, coming on nicely. One thing though, have you checked the clearance between the frame and the floor? It looks a bit low to me.
