Yes I was trying to work that one out, no papers but has reg and knows it's still on DVLA data. No frame number I'm not interested anymore.

to apply for a replacement v5 you need to know the frame number ,so if he dont its unregisterable ,who's to say that reg plate actually belongs to that scooter .H

Don't see why? Some Clown has payed, or at least bid, way over the odds. Only way I'd be annoyed is if I bid and got landed with it.
Which I never would for such a sad state of affairs.
Gut feeling is they'll pull out of the deal but you never know. There's strange folk out there.

No Juan pissed off with seeing a lot of this on eBay lately, scoots and parts going for silly money. I'll be off to the parts fair's over next couple of months and give eBay a miss for a while.
