The engine was siezed and the bearings wanted replacing, and theres some casing work done aswell ;D (that bit i diddnt do) my dad did that bit, because i am only learning. But it runs fine now. Ive had a few carb problems but thats all

I am so impressed, BTW how long did it take from start to finish? I agree with Will, I think the PK's are on their way back ;D It took about 4months, with problems on the way including a rotten floor and non scooter related problems.

I agree with Will, I think the PK's are on their way back ;D It took about 4months, with problems on the way including a rotten floor and non scooter related problems.   4 months  mine took 2 years and my floor wasnt as bad as that, i ended up re-frameing though.

Honestly it only took about 4months because my dads a engineer so he did the welding and we sprayed it in the shed ourselves we didnt have to get a sprayer to do any of the prep or paint work  100% home made lol..thats why i'am soo proud of my scooter

He is a trained mechanic and aircraft engineer i think i know he works for airbus haha  but i know hes deffo a mechanic  lol i was ment to be starting a engineering apprenticeship, but iam not, iam a parts assistant instead, abit gutted really but ahh well all the lads who work there, are a good laugh and help me out  i was gunna go back to school but noo wayy! lol who you doin your apprenticeship with? ;D
