Very nice , what's the rate of exchange for the Birmingham pound ?
At that price it must be at least 3 -1

exchange rates ??.to far south for the "how many mickles makes a muckle" ,an i dont want to re-open that debate as we couldnt agree last time .i think in brum its not 3 to 1 pounds , but 3£ to a "curry" is the rate ,been a while since i was near there so might of fluctuated a bit . H

i'm suspicious (well in general i know) ,pictures show a scoot fresh out a crate , crate from were , restored were , whats the "provenance" as they'd mis-pronounce on pawn stars . for 12k he aint bothered to type much in the listing , must reckon its easy-money . H

I am a bit suspicious of these 'straight to sale restos', presumably, this kind of project would be a labour of love for an enthusiast, and not a cheap one at that. Why is it all glistening and gift wrapped? Looks like it's covered zero miles since being painted?

had another look at this on evil-bay ,an it dont hang together for me . wrong rear light isnt it,an badly fitted , thought the rear badge looks wrong ,vespa sprint not s sprint 50 . cheap indian red button light switch ,no brakepedal rubber ,no engine door rubbers or pivots .an you can see the original green inside engine door ,which explains the mis-matched rims/hubs .painted over door catch points towards a quick blow-over not a full strip an pro-paint job . an the gap between butty box an seat looks wrong/too large to me .might be wrong, not being a big fan of SS's ,but guys asking the money for a pro restored/sold by a dealer 100% genuine parts scoot . the more i look the more it dont hang together for me ,i hope whoever buys it takes a SS expert to view 1st an a fine toothed comb .H

Both crazy, although the blue one looks very pukka whereas the red may have come from anywhere. Trouble is they don't come up for sale very often and people pay silly money....and they are soooo lovely to ride 😊

oh dear ,afraid the red 1's not for me, he wants it "hidden not ridden" ,probably refuse to sell to me when i turn up in oily rags n leave oily fingerprints on it an insist on hearing it run. shame ,i like the colour . H

Yes i can't understand H why he wants it as a piece of artwork . It looks a lovely machine to be ridden and as you say not hidden . Almost priced as a piece of artwork too!
