nice work , can see the use in the barrel-flange-turner , guess lots of different barrels can be mounted in it . rather than making a new mandrel if varying from a 57mm 125 bore . H

I find the mandrel the best option, but I didn't have material to make it. In the end I held the barrel directly with the jaws (just set it up with micrometer). The 75cc have a lot of meat on the cylinder foot so it was safe (47mm bore). Wouldn't do it with anything over 55mm bore though.

Those indicators are cool,u reckon led 6 volt bulbs would work if fitted?

I like hte exhaust, what make is it Potato, and how does it perform? Being that far out, does it allow wheel change without removal?

Those indicators are cool,u reckon led 6 volt bulbs would work if fitted? The scooter was 12V originally. I'm planning to use 12V LED bulbs. Will let you know how it turns out when finished I like hte exhaust, what make is it Potato, and how does it perform? Being that far out, does it allow wheel change without removal? It's an oldschool "Proma cannone". Not much info about it's performance on the web and I still didn't start the engine. The exhaust does not use an alloy "elbow" and is bolted straight to the cylinder. When I was fabricating the bracket, I've welded it up so the 3.0" tire goes through. It will depend on the tire make, maybe some will have to be deflated to go through. I couldn't make the gap bigger because of the glovebox compartment - the pipe would touch it.

i have a couple of festoon leds in the back light i found it helpfull to solder one end to the contacts as this stops them spinning round, all the leds are on a flat board and if it faces the wrong way you have no decent light at the backend of the scoot

Thanks guys!
This is how my custom turn signals work. Almost as bright as the PX ones. Unfortunately they are not fully visible from behind, so it's better to use them together with hand signals, or mount additional bulbs on the back of the scoot.
