Any chance of a thread sticky where we can share pictures and ideas of what we have created/made/basterdised bits for our smallys to make them unique or for performance purposes. I know a few people who have created some spanking work on here. I'd just like to see other people's ideas and share some of my own and such.

Don't see any reason why not, start it off and either myself or one of the other lads will pin it.

Cheers mate, its nice to have a change from looking at and making aircraft parts all day. Could also give people some inspiration and an idea of what can be done.

I always look forward to seeing your special bits. When will you be riding the completed smally back up north?

Quality craftsmanship, makes my attempt of making a regulator braket look like it was done by a five year old :-)

I give you the Clueless Easyoil Dispenser (patent applied for). Keep it under your hat please chaps. A few of the big boys are sniffing around and the patent has yet to be granted.. Any technical questions, feel free to ask.

Careful, some dude from Vietnam will copy it and some dude from Wales will end up selling them. But they'll be inferior quality.

How to make your own powerjets. You'll need the following items from Clippard: MNV-3K-M5 Needle valve M5 x 0.8 to 1/8" ID hose fitting (x2) Plus some 3mm O/D brass tubing 2mm I/D (you can get lengths of this from evilbay. You'll also need some petrol resistant pipe for the connections and a good M5 tap. Also some good quality fittings solder and flux. Here's some photos of the clippard parts. It took me ages to work out from photos how they were made and eventually found a uk stockist for the US supplied parts. If you take your time and are careful you'll have a great item. We managed to get an extra 1hp out of my S1 with the powerjet allowing a smaller main jet. Had one on my smally for two years. If anyone wants the instructions let me know.
