If you have the floor off then you will have more options but if floor is in place and you are looking to spray something in then waxoil is probably as good as anything.

Do I need to de-grease the inside of the tunnel first ? I've taken a picture with my phone, but not sure how to post up on here. Can I just add, the floor is intact.

If you can it would be advisable as that way you know that everything is clean and as it should be and there won't be any little bits of moisture hiding under whatever is still in there.

ive always used gunk or old petrol n elbow grease ,not easy on a tunnel , a good soaking an a old toilet brush pulled back n forth on a piece of string run through should shift most stuff , a trick with waxoyl is to make your own applicater to size ,length of plastic pipe with pinholes along its length ,to check its efficiency fold a cardboard tube up bout same size of tunnel n do a test run ,unfold tube n look for gaps/blanks in coverage n adjust tube/holes , an when ready stand waxoyl in a pot of fresh boiled water an dont do it on a wet/rainy day ,you'll just seal damp in . oh, an definitely be 100% sure it needs no welding soon , as that stuffs inflammable an gives contamination problems when welding .H

Hello Just wondering what to coat the inside of the tunnel with on my rally 200 Any advice welcome Paddy, just seen this :-) I am not sure what the original owner of mine did but it was only ever on the road for 4 years from new. But, there is some really thick black oil occasionally dripping out from underneath

If coming from engine then that could be barrel leak or exhaust leak, if from frame might be a fuel leak
