I need a safe andar realible kit for short And long trips.
Currently í have malossi 112, carb 19.19, 16cog 16/69 And giannelli exhaust
Some problems with this cylinder, case were not adjusted.
Í dont want to Open engine. Í drive a passanger most of the time.
Í need a cylinder that dont need case adjust, dont damage original flywheel 3kg, safe for longer trips. Maybe 75cc Will Be good.
Exhaust im going to use original RMS
Since my vespa dont brake, top speed is not important

As I see it you have 3 options with this, the fist 2 will never be great for 2 up riding.
Pinasco 102 but the gearing will most likely be too short with that.
Polini 75 HP kit but it will also mean buying the suitable cylinder studs, which run from the case fully through the barrel as with 125 fitment, and also the bespoke cooling cowl/ shroud. Very large cooling fins to allow for a massive cooling area. But very expensive all told.
A standard 125 engine to transplant into your scooter. This would be your best option in my opinion.

many friends of mine use pinasco 102 and they are happy with
