Quick visual inspection of this, as it just arrived. I bought a SIP fast flow tap recently and was surprised how flimsy it felt. The copper tube was too long for a smallie, the tap had rough casting edges etc and when I tried to tighten it by gripping the tap the hose attachment section snapped off! Shitty casting, shitty product IMO. This BGM one feels a thousand times better constructed, really nice clean casting. The valve is really easy to turn, and the lack of breather tube will definitely help fitting, too. Will follow up with a full review when I finally get it all working. www.scooter-center.com/product/BGM3030/

Must admit I've not heard many good things about the SIP tap. Decided on a Reedspeed one myself.

So it is, never noticed! Ah well, at least I know it's a good tap then, heard loads of positives about it

Looks good like a vespa fixing to a lammy style tap ;-)

I got 2 off those works great
one thing you shall find out is that the "reserve" is a good deal greater ie... "it" happens sooner and since the R is a greater amount of fuel you have more time to find a gas station
they flow more than a pint per min which is nice

Funny you should mention the sip one, mine also had to have the breather shortened, but that one looks better.
