very excited for john!!!! i'm jealous of your income/credit rating ;D Nothing to be jealous about, will be eating noodles until next summer. Just an economical unhealthy combination off stupidity and passion. Its not the size that matter...... Well actually I'll be riding whit my polini setup rest off season. Swapped me a v50 to get me a spare crankcase to work on but discovered that the engine is from an early v50s. Will have to find a new case or wait until fall and use the original engine. Ok. suspicion confirmed... forget a quick swap then ;D

Update...
Picked up an spare engine few days ago so now its time to fire up the CNC and make some room.
But before that I am stuck whit sh*tloads of Italian text on the document following the kit. Babelfish and google translation sucks on technical Italian words.
Off course an Italian millimeter is the same in Sweden but there must be some useful info in the text...
Will have to bait a trap whit spaghetti outside my garage ;D

Hey john love the machine ..i agree with juan im afraid about the seat but hey its still looks the NUTS mate .. As for the clutch you can fit it when its assembled ......What i had to do after a little head scratching ( if youve already built the motor ) put a large cloth onto the clutch basket and poke it down towards the gear box so its kinda flatish ,then carefully grind the underside of the case ( youll see when you try and put clutch in and its hitting the case) use a dremel .......Just be carefull and let any debri faal onto the cloth...... You dont need to take much off and thats it ! ! just slot it back in ( Oooooh SLOT) ....It does work be interested to hear how it goes
