76mm x 62mm Pro Porting's own barrel with a modified crankcase mouth.
Dyno'd when it was first run in. It made 26bhp and more importantly 22 ftlb torque which is what I wanted. It could be tweaked but again it's about usability rather than bragging rights. 5000rpm is 62mph, 6200rpm is a real 73 mph where it's making 24bhp and max torque and it revs nicely to 8000 rpm still making above 20bhp. This makes it really nice to ride on quick A roads or motorway

The scoot is looking superb.
Very lucky to spot the crack and be able to have it repaired there and then
Great stuff.
