Cool Iain. Are you going to re-fab it to take the smally engine mounts ect ?
What fork set up you going for ? The Keisler one or you doing something else. I quite like it when you have dropped clip on handles on the fork legs Mega lowwwww

I think I'm going to see if the origional 4 mounts at the rear can be used via a small chassis/swing arm, it should work, going to mock it up at the weekend, the forks are a set of Benelli ones I'm hoping to adapt and the bars are some Beedspeed Lambretta drops I picked up off here. It should start taking shape really in a few weeks or early in the new year as Christmas is fast approaching now and I've just this minute forked out for a Falc 153 top end and crank, so thats the budget gone for now ;D I'll post up more pics when I get the frame altered and the forks fitted, thanks for the interest

If anyone can shed some light on the fitting of those forks then please do, they fit in the fork tube but seem a little tight around the lower section in the tube and thats with no bearing cup fitted I do have some Lambretta drop bars same as Beedspeed do to put on it and didnt think about clip on bars, they might be a bit too low, I dont know, thankyou for the offer, Ill get back to you

Do you know what bearings the frame takes? I guess it's probably Yamaha too, so get some and see were the bearing cups actually sit. Chances are your fork will fit alright, a surprising lot of parts are not to different with these gopeds.

Got a new set of bearings etc, didnt fit fork tube ;D sooooooo I found a yam booster tube on ebay and a pair of handlebars to suit to cut the clamp from for £20, just got to get a tyre and cut the old tube off, shorten the new one to around 65mm and reweld to my yolk and front end sorted, will stick some pics up when I'm sorting it out, its going to be a nice wide tyre up front so when I get the cafe style fairing fitted it shouldnt look too small

This is pretty cool project..... Just trying to get a rough idea what the finished product is going to look like. are you going to put smallie body work ? Or is it going to be a naked street fighter look?
