SIP rocks the show. i never had a problem with them, and when a situation did arise, a simple email and fixed within a couple of hours. i ordered a couple of things from beedspeed and i got disappointing experience every time

Sip rock - I ordered a PL170 spine, which is a big old bit of metal, it came in 3 days and they shipped it for free (with one of the vouchers out of scootering)
Even if I'd had to pay for it - it would only have been €5!
The thing I don't like about ordering from beedspeed is they won't tell you whether they have stuff in stock when you order. I've found by paying with paypal they have to check and then let you know.
Quite often I've ordered a few bits and not got the ones I'd REALLY wanted.

I used to swear by them in the past but after buying stuff for the V90 in the last couple of years and being messed about with big time- I wouldn't bother ever again.

Well, given the ammount of business they are potentially loosing from folk on this forum alone, perhaps someone needs to let them know ...especially Alan, Iam sure he wouldnt be too chuffed to hear his reputation going down the pan

LTH!
Thats what I call service! They are a bit cheaper than SIP, even on SIP stuff?? (sip digital speedo is 5€ cheaper at LTH than SIP), tubeless rims cheaper...etc.
They dont stock all the same stuff as sip but they get the stuff for you from sip and add it to your order, for no extra charge!
Marco always answers the mails quickly and puts in an effort to get things right.
Nothing but good to say. + website is a pleasure to use ( not in youporn way but you get the point.. ;D )

its a great shame that people think Beedies service is going down the pan a bit......... ive always had very good service from Alan & co over the years, always makes me very welcome when i call in the shop en route to certain rallies... its very fair to say the foreign shops are bang on to deal with, great products and good prices also very passionate and knowledgeable about the modified stuff they sell........ prices were even better still before the euro came in... my first ever SIP receipt had an exchange rate of 3.1 deutsche mark to the pound, and my first EURO` s receipt(year 2000) was 1.7 euro`s to the pound..... quite a difference to now if your spending a few quid.......... still good never the less regarding Beedies, what we maybe should remember is that however bad they seem to have got, they arguably carry the largest stock of Small frame Vespa parts in the UK... And have done for 25 plus years... mistakes will happen, although very frustrating.... my guess is 95% of you reading this in the UK have some sort of scooter shop far more local to your house than Beedies, that not only dont stock much small frame stuff, have no desire too whatsoever thats why they still get my vote.

Beedspeed are usually spot on and very quick, but my last order 12 no. different gearbox shims and a couple of woodruff keys and fibre washers took 6 days to arrive and postage was £6.99, that is just taking the p..s in my book especially when your itching to rebuild your engine. Must admit this was a one off, and I will still be using them in future. Sip and Scooter centre and heads and shoulders above anyone else in my personnel opinion very cheap postage £4.35 on my last order and it came in 3 days from Germany spot on.

i cant fault them at all most of my orders are delivered next day or day after at latest if taking a few days may not be beedies fault as may be the courier who is delivering them cannot comment on postage costs as usually my orders qualify for free postage sayng this like sip as reasonable quick on arriving since where it getting sent from well invoiced and very well packaged had a dealing with another company( scooterworks) worst one ive dealt with i placed an order with them but some parts had to come from sip called them on few occasions to see if the order was in when the parts arrived parts were missing so they had to re-order them so had to wait again when it did come in the stuff took about 6 days to arrive was over charged on the invoice as when i added up their prices i was a few quid overcharged the items that if i bought from sip were more expensive wouldnt mind if was only a few pence or quid on all the items but was about £20 or so got ripped off on the postage as well the guy that was dealing with me to start with was never in so was being told to call back and deal with him after about 2 weeks got fed up and made a fuss someone else took over but was not much better anyway moan by with

Ive made acouple of £100+ orders from beedspeeds in the last few weeks and the service has been spot on. All parts correct and very quick postage too. Used both visa and PayPal and had no problems at all. Lets hope they keep this kind of service up.
