I think I've got a couple of nobblys at my parents, I'll have a look at the weekend. Would be up for building a rat bike for this, if my polini engine comes back from America in the next month, I'll try to get a cheap pk frame to butcher in the mean time

Thats going to be so nice! In Finland we have something similar to this arranged every september. I have seriously been thinking of taking the M1L there this year.
Heres some supercool footage, more clips from the related bar

I think they appropriated the idea from Finland.
Great bunch of fellas though, so I wouldn't be offended.

I would put a comment on the blog and I'm sure he'll come back to you. He confirmed my place earlier - god knows if we'll be quick enough in a straight line but it'll be fun trying.
Cheers Barney well have to test them out beforehand to make certain they'll do the job

Ta, comment left. I spent yesterday trying to see if I could find a beach or equivalent to practice on but it all looks rather illegal Might have to get some dirt bike lessons on the sly

Excellent, at this rate we'll have a scooter class ;D In fact I just got an email with the Inappropriate Road Class regs and the bikes have to be road legal with reg plates and lights etc, which is a bit of a pisser cause it's gonna cost more for a donor bike.... . Plus they need a picture which at this stage is a little tricky! Not defeated yet.

Ouch, what a div. Things are coming together for me, Gary's pencilled me in on the grid, breezer is selling me a nice pk cutdown, my spare engine is back from the states and I'll get a selection of tyres from barney tomorrow

Yep I'm on the grid too. All I need is a spesh headlight and mount, have a look for that tail light that would be great if you have still got it, even the insides as max has a lense.
Wouldn't mind a look at those tyres if there's some spare?
