Race 2 of our Cascadia Cup series.
Portland International Raceway.
This is the one full size track in our itinerary for the season.
A good friend of ours got a few pics from the event:

The weather was perfect.
Track fees were Mind boggling cheap. $25 after the $10 gate fee = $35 for my whole day.
2500+ spectators.
We got to practice with the CB160/250 Vintage Motorcycle groups in the morning. They have not done this for us in the past.
This was an eye opener for all involved.
There had been some *ahem* discussion as to whether or not we would be an obstacle or not especially in the straightaways. I have some very good friends who race with those groups...
My bike was running pretty good - could have been better, but that's just me. New clutch was hangin' on alright...
I passed about 89% of their entire group in practice.
The question as to whether or not the scooter group could 'keep up' was securely answered.
Onward & upward.
My buddy Angus' helmet cam got the main race that afternoon.
You can see me for a minute @ 2:02... This was the final in which I took first.
Yeah.
That's right.
I won. ;D ;D ;D
This forum is a valuable resource for a lot of people. Some of them have offered & delivered a lot of help. Big thank yous from me to anyone who has contributed to this forum.
I'm under the impression that we may be the only stateside organization that has the opportunity to race on a track this big at the moment. Without the BSSO & ESC to use as examples, we may not have had the success we did in making this thing happen.
It was a lot of work - no joke, but really really fun.
I'll post more pics & video as they emerge.
Cheers.
