well i thought i'd better have a look at her engine wise in case of any challenges in the near future! manifold looks a little rough on the outside. But its rather smooth on the inside.. Top end is t5.. i first did this about 5 years ago with rotary but its now reed as you can see. Only used a couple of times last year. New cylinder in progress and a different carb. For now i'll run it as it is tomorrow. It had 19.7 with a 32mm dellorto on jb's dyno. I say that as the dyno issue is written about in this months scootering! We'll see what its got tomorrow.

Hmm, yeah all well and good but ANYONE can build an engine that runs well in neutral. Seeing it pull away in 1st gear is the proof of the pudding if you ask me ;D Number 43 eh Ad? Nice one! the power of numeracy (and a footballers favourite trick) says that equals lucky number 7.

Is that a Reedspeed centre plug head on there ? I hope they work as ive just had one done.

Is that a Reedspeed centre plug head on there ? I hope they work as ive just had one done. Looks like a trimmed T5 head. I run a Readspeed centre plug head on the PTS1E. I went for lower compression than I had with the side squish Lammy head, (1.75 down to 1.65), and lost no hp or torque.

i'll try get a vid on it at some point fellas. But i'll have to put a gearbox in it breezer! Has anybody got a first! ;D Ozoap is right-t5 head. But do you know what- i messed up on that.. should of left it as big as i could and used a t5 cowl. Will do another time. Until recently i didnt realise i could fit the cowl in from a t5. but its perfect on my racer with the fab barrel and bigger head.
