not gonna paint it til motor is in and pipe has been made.. it'll only get marked before it even gets on the track. plan is to build and dyno then quickly strip and paint it. Worse case is that i race it in its yellow for a meeting or two.

Any chance of a photo of the barrel's inlet with the manifold and reed removed? Does the inlet feed into the transfers?

As I say not much going on but got the crank back, rod ground down to size, little end bearing arrived....... Hopefully have it in this weekend and confirm timings etc...... Not very exciting but heres the new crank modded from 20mm to my 24/25mm ETS cases....

looking good adam.. crank looks wider? is that what you mean "from 20mm" nice touch if you've left the big end wider.

Yeh T5, ground down to fit. I meant the 20/20 crank was modded to suit 24/25 Wiseco bearing to get down to 15mm little end.....

Looking at it,and it could be the angle admittedly, the webs do look a little distant. But I presume you've measured it all up and it's fine.
How did you adapt it for the 24/25 bearings?I presume it's a sleeve of some sort.

Yeh its fine, its just the angle of the dangle. With the flywheel side being smaller diameter I think it makes it look a bit funny.....?? Yeh its a sleeve ove the flwheel side, couldn't find a full circle 51mm stroke for these casings. Can't wait to start getting things together.......should be able to report on port timings tomorrow - If I can get a minute out from fitting new kitchen!!!!!

Thanks guys... the photos don't show the odd little run and stuff but must say I'm happy with the way its tuned out It was done in 2k so not perfect but easier to touch up when needed!! ;D Bars (when they arrive) will be black, I'm thinking of doing the rims lumo yellow and also the blank for the headlight. Hubs are black. Horncast now thats the question, have one or not. If I do itll be green at the top silver or black at the horn end. It has been sprayed in a way that doesn't need one..... Forks are in and seat fitted this aft ;D
