Let me introduce myself my name is Dave in 2004 i founded the company Scooter Trumps i started producing a game like top trumps but based on scooters.
I currently have five packs in production the first two series have sold out.
they were Customs No1, Street Racers No1
i still have Mirrors lights & oddities, Customs 2, Street Racers 2, im currently working on Chops that are ready for production.
Each set is made by a company that makes casino Playing cards in Belgium they cost me 4K to produce a pack then i had limited edition cases made embossed with the company name.
I sell these at £6 a set i make no profit on these as i give a free pack to each of the owners of the scooters featured i also sponsor LCGB childrens comps every year.

i then diversified and went into some spares and Stainless parts plus i have one off parts exclusively made for me like Vespa PX long range petrol tanks and a spare wheel oil tank ( so you can keep auto lube)
i also do a bracket so you can put a px engine into a wide bodied vespa.
I come with the ideas and get others to produce them ask OZ
I have modified engines for sale LML reedvalve 150 that are now 200 £360 for cases so you can bolt your standard carb on the top.
will post photos of these later

i then stopped most of the stainless as others jumped on the band wagon and one dealer was getting hookey stuff that i couldn't compete with on price.
MY motto is Parts for The scooterist at reasonable prices not rip off prices.
I might not be cheeper all the time because some people get better discounts than me.
But if you can find a part from another dealer and SIP do this part give me the SIP part number and i will see if i can get it cheeper.
I'm cheaper than SIP would be to sell direct to you even without shipping costs.
I also get seats made if i have templates these are made to highest standards. they are solid metal bases then powder coated they covered by a quality upholster.
I also produced some patches for our forum club Tony has some samples of these to give to Juan.
These patches are embroidered so good quality they are done in batches of a minimum of 100. Example a 100 x100 80% embroidered patch would cost £2.50 each.

So i currently do rallies all around UK and Europe but only stalls in UK
I ride to most of the rallies with the wife driving the van so i get the best of both worlds.
I own about 11 scoots from trads to Autos
On the stall you will currently find me doing spares and repair parts so if you breakdown on a rally i should be able to help you out if it's not to specialised or I've sold out due to no one else sells spares anymore on a rally.

Right question for all you smallies out their i do carry some small frame stuff on my stall but not much you could help me out to help you out what would be handy to have that would sell to maybe get you out of trouble or popular.
Small frames are not my speciality so I'm not that knowledgeable.
I currently carry Gaskets, bearings, standard clutch plates, oil seals & Vespa cables.
is their anything else ?

when i say spares i also carry a range of pistons for large frames, but i wouldn't want to carry pistons that i would gather dust for so any popular ideas for small frames would help.

that will teach me to say why the secrecy dave.... ;D ;D ;D ;D our paths have crossed before, i bought some stainless rims for my P-range from you a few years back..... cant reccommend them enough.. and already have done somewhere on this forum.. as for stocking and carrying small frame spares to the rallies, i think thats great news...... sadly smallies are VERY MUCH the minority on the national rallies, so any help to keep them mobile and rideable (home) is appreciated by all... as for pistons, that may be a can of worms theres just that many different kits about nowadays,,,, i suppose if you did stock stuff it would always sell via here, rather than it gather dust.. im more than happy to part with my hard earned if its to a fellow scooterist and forum member selling the parts... cheers Col

I can vouch for Dave, I've known him for 5 or 6 years now and I've bought parts from him on several occasions and always been happy with the product and service.
I bought one of the first series of long range tanks for lardies and Dave sent me several updated parts for it FOC as he developed them and the parts he got me from SIP recently had a saving of over 15%.

Dave, I'll certainly keep you in mind in future.
As for something for the smallies, a long range tank would, I think be very popular on here with the amount of tuned motors going about. SIP do something but it is horrendously expensive.
Oh and maybe some kind of back carrier that isn't too big and ugly. Smallies tend to get forgotten about here.
All the best.
