im talking to a friend who does plastic injection moulding i need you all to list stuff that isnt made any more, so stuff from the 80's, like wheel trims and stuff, also thinking about moulding the 100 sport left hand panels out of strong plastic, mudgaurds and normal right hand engine panels etc etc, just an idea so just list away please, and add pictures if possible, better if someone has the original that can be copied too

i think what would go down well is a classic mudguard that fits a set of pk forks.

A thing that I always felt would be good idea is a clear cowl for Parmakits if it's possible. It's an absolute crime to hide away that beautiful finish.
Oh, I've also got a NOS plastic mudguard for V ranges, think it's a Stilmotor from memory but possibley a Cemoto, if anyone would be intrested in that?

I think a set of clear plastic flywheel and cylinder cowlings and a clear engine door might look very, very cool indeed!

whatever i decide to have made, i need atleast a order of 500 items before saying go, at 500 items the price would be reasonable, although a 1000 would be alot cheaper

Try pitching to the scooter shops, Beedspeed, SIP, Allstyles etc. and maybe some in the states, you'd be sure to get a fair number of orders like that...

Even though it sounds like a plan, it would take a very long time to get rid of 500 i think, let alone 1000. Hope this isn't the case though.
